Pragnesh Patel is the visionary Founder and Director of BGS Immigration Consultancy, a trusted name in Canadian immigration services. Headquartered in Toronto, Canada, with a global office in Nadiad, India, BGS Immigration is dedicated to delivering expert, ethical, and personalized immigration solutions to clients worldwide.

As a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant – IRB Class 2, Mr. Patel is authorized to represent clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB), the country’s highest authority in immigration and refugee matters. He is also a proud member of both the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), formerly known as ICCRC, and the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).

In his capacity as a Commissioner of Oaths, Mr. Patel is legally empowered to administer oaths and affirmations, a further testament to his credibility and standing within Canada’s legal and immigration framework.

As a government-authorized consultant, Mr. Patel is officially listed on the Government of Canada’s registry of licensed immigration professionals. According to the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, only CICC-regulated consultants and lawyers may offer paid immigration representation in Canada and at Canadian consulates globally, making his guidance not just reliable but legally recognized.
